Working at POGMA

POGMA Nigeria Limited is a multidisciplinary organisation that brings together specialists across research, engineering, technology, training, advisory, maritime, agriculture and automobile services. We look for people who combine technical ability with the adaptability and discipline needed for complex, real-world delivery.

Our engagements range from large-scale field programmes spanning multiple states to focused technical consultancies requiring deep specialist knowledge. Team members are expected to bring professionalism, integrity and genuine care for the quality of their work.

Our values in practice

Innovation, Integrity, Trustworthiness and Excellence are not aspirational statements at POGMA — they are the practical standards against which we hold ourselves and each other accountable in every engagement.
